How to add a new paper into the Articles post

You should edit the Article post in Visual mode. Locate the desired entry for that year and add a new item to the bullet point list. Follow the same convention as other ones in the page. To insert the link to the pdf follow the next How to.

How to link an uploaded PDF into the Articles post

You should edit the Article post in Visual mode. Locate the desired entry and place the cursor at the end of the paper description. Then press “Insert/Edit link” in the tool bar.

A popup will appear and you should fill it as follow:
  • URL: the url of the PDF file in the server folder. It should start by the relative path of the articles folder (./../../wp-content/articles/), follow by the year folder (e.g. A_1980/) and by the file name (e.g. 1_1980_JEcol.pdf). A full example pointing to the older publication is: ./../../wp-content/articles/A_1980/1_1980_JEcol.pdf
  • Link text: Enter “PDF”. Are you happy with this text? It could also be Document, View/Download or whatever we decide
  • Open link in a new window/tab: selected the checkbox
Press Update to save changes.
